French Potatoes

Serves: 4

500gms Potatoes (sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
1/2 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Butter
6 tsp milk
Salt to taste
Pepper pd to taste

1.      Peel the potatoes and onions and slice them.
2.      In a pan, put a layer of potato, then onion and then sprinkle some salt, pepper, paprika, milk and butter.
3.      Continue making layers.
4.      Then put on heat and cook with lid on till the potatoes are done.
5.      Serve.
