Ingredients
2 cups (220 gms) – Boiled Rajma
½ cup (55 gms) – Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp – green chillies (chopped)
3 tsp - Lemon Juice
3 tsp – ginger (chopped)
½ tsp – laung pd
1/2 tsp – choti elachi
1/2 tsp – Badi elachi
½ tsp – dalchini pd
½ tsp - Jeera Pd
1 no. – Bread
Bread crumbs
1 tsp – saffron in milk (optional)
2 tsp – crushed caju (optional)
Oil for frying
Salt To Taste
Method
1.
Grind the potato and rajma together in a mixy.
2.
Take it out in a bowl. Then add green chillies,
lemon juice, ginger, laung pd, Jeera pd, choti elachi pd, badi elachi pd,
dalchini pd, salt.
3.
Mix them together.
4.
Put in it, a piece of bread for binding.
5.
Add saffron in milk, and the caju.
6.
Make balls, then coat with bread crumbs and shallow fry.
7.
Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
