Ingredients
1 tbsp – ginger
(chopped)
4 cloves –
garlic (chopped)
2 nos – tomatoes
(chopped)
2 pinches –
turmeric powder
1 tbsp – red
chilli flakes
1 tbsp – oil
250 ml - water
Salt to taste
Method
1.
Put
a pan on the gas on medium heat, once it gets hot, add oil.
2.
Add
garlic, and cook for half a minute or till it becomes soft.
3.
Now
add rest of the ingredients and mix.
4.
Cover
the pan and let it cook for 15 to 20 mins.
5.
After
20 mins, take it off heat and keep aside to cool.
6.
Once
cool, grind it in the mixer.
7.
Serve
as per requirements.
Note
1.
You
can adjust the amount of hotness for the sauce by adding or subtracting the
chilly flakes.
2.
The
amount of Garlic is normal, in case you like garlic a lot, you can add 2 or 3
cloves more to increase its flavour.
